Our Areas of Practice
Legal Assessment of ESG and Sustainability Compliance
We conduct legal and technical reviews of companies’ existing ESG practices in light of current national and international regulations. This includes compliance assessments under frameworks such as the EU ETS, CBAM, CSRD, ESRS, Türkiye’s Climate Law, and the Turkish Sustainability Reporting Standards (TSRS).
Supply Chain Due Diligence and Compliance
We advise on the integration of ESG clauses into supplier contracts and assist companies in aligning with regulations such as the EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD/CS3D). Legal support is provided for the development of governance and audit mechanisms within supply chains.
ESG and Sustainability Implementation

Emissions Management and ETS Compliance
We support companies in the monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) of carbon emissions, and advise on compliance with Türkiye’s Emissions Trading System (ETS), including emission permits, allocation processes, and surrender obligations.
ESG Reporting and Disclosures
We assist in the preparation of sustainability reports in line with standards such as GRI, ESRS, and IFRS S1–S2. Our services include double materiality analysis, stakeholder engagement process design, and integration of ESG disclosures into regulatory reporting frameworks.
ESG Training and Internal Capacity Building

- ESG Contractual Compliance Review
We review existing contractual frameworks in terms of ESG and sustainability requirements. Particular focus is placed on investment agreements, loan documentation, supplier contracts, and public procurement documents, with recommendations for necessary revisions.
