Employee Candidate Explicit Consent Form

We, as Narter & Partners; request your explicit consent regarding the following issues within the scope of the processing your personal data since you are our employee candidate.

I read the Enlightening Text. In this context:

For the confirmation of the reference, I express my explicit consent to share the personal data belonging to third parties that I have included in my CV, within the knowledge and consent of the person concerned.

I express my explicit consent for the processing of my criminal record in the scope of the job application processes I made to the open position within your office.

Although not requested from me, I express my explicit consent to the processing of my sensitive personal data, such as my health data, union / association / foundation memberships, religious or philosophical views, within the scope of the execution of my job application process.

I express my explicit consent to the processing of my religious knowledge if it’s on the photocopy of my identity card and processing of my blood type if it’s on the photocopy of my driver’s license within the scope of the execution of my job application process.

I declare that I have been informed by Narter & Partners with the “Employee Candidate Enlightening Text” in accordance with the “Law on Protection of Personal Data” and that I knowingly and voluntarily consent to the above issues.
