{"id":2191,"date":"2021-01-07T15:39:54","date_gmt":"2021-01-07T12:39:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.narterlaw.com\/cevre-izin-ve-lisans-yonetmeliginde-degisiklik-yapilmasina-dair-yonetmelik\/"},"modified":"2022-06-07T11:25:19","modified_gmt":"2022-06-07T08:25:19","slug":"cevre-izin-ve-lisans-yonetmeliginde-degisiklik-yapilmasina-dair-yonetmelik","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.narterlaw.com\/en\/cevre-izin-ve-lisans-yonetmeliginde-degisiklik-yapilmasina-dair-yonetmelik\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulation Amending the Environmental Permit and License Regulation"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Subject<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The Regulation Amending the Environmental Permit and License Regulation<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Date:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a031.12.2020<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Regulation Amending the Commercial Advertisement and Unfair Practices Regulation <\/span><b>(the &#8220;Regulation&#8221;)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has been put into force by being published in the Official Gazette dated 31.12.2020 and numbered 31351.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>INTRODUCTION<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To the Regulation on Environmental Permit and License, the &#8220;Provisional Article 4&#8221; with the &#8220;Transitional Process&#8221; heading has been added and to the Annex-2 of the Regulation on Environmental Permit and License, Article 8.7 with the &#8220;Waste Management&#8221; heading has been added, and the &#8220;License Subjects, Recovery&#8221; part of the Annex-3B table has been updated and new rows have been added and the &#8220;Waste Oil&#8221; row indicated in Annex-3C has been amended and new articles have been added.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>AMENDMENTS MADE WITH THE REGULATION<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the Provisional Article 4 added to the Environmental Permit and License Regulation, it has been regulated that the facilities holding the Temporary Activity Certificate or Environmental Permit and License Certificate on the &#8220;Waste Oil Recovery&#8221; subject can continue their activities until the &#8220;Waste Oil Refining&#8221; trial production process is completed.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the Regulation, the definition of &#8220;Waste Oil Transfer Point&#8221; has been added to the section with the &#8220;Waste Management&#8221; heading in ANNEX-2 of the Environmental Permit and License Regulation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The phrase &#8220;Waste Oil&#8221;, stated in the LICENSE SUBJECTS section of the Annex-3B of the Environmental Permit and License Regulation including the annexes required for the Temporary Activity Certificate Application Form, has been removed and instead of the Waste Oil, the phrase &#8220;Waste Oil Refining&#8221; has been added and the &#8220;8-Trial Production Result Report\u201d has been requested an additional document.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The \u201cWaste Oil\u201d row, stated in Annex-3C of the Environmental Permit and License Regulation indicating the documents required to be submitted at the completion of the Environmental Permit and License process has been replaced with the \u201cWaste Oil Refining\u201d, and in this context, \u201cTS EN ISO\/IEC 17025 Accreditation Certificate\u201d and \u201cRefining Facility Evaluation Report\u201d have been additionally requested from the facilities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>CONCLUSION<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This Newsletter has been prepared as a general overview regarding the discussed matters.
