To that effect;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>The following provisional article has been added to the Regulation:<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><\/i><b><i>Transitional provision<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>PROVISIONAL ARTICLE 8 \u2013<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (1) The Regulation establishing this article and the provisions stated under the &#8220;EE) TWENTY EIGHT GROUP FACILITIES: Geothermal Power Generation Facilities\u201d heading added to ANNEX-5 shall be applied as of 30.06.2021.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>ARTICLE 2 \u2013<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The following part has been added to ANNEX-5 of the same Regulation.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>&#8220;EE) TWENTY EIGHT GROUP FACILITIES: Geothermal Power Generation Facilities<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>(1)<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> In geothermal power plants, H2S emission cannot be emitted more than the values given below. The limit value stated in Table 1.2.1 in Annex-1 is not applied in this regard.<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacity<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H2S emission amount<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Less than 20 MWe<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">6 kg\/hour<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">More than 20 MWe up to 50 MWe<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 kg\/hour<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">50 MWe and more<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<td>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">15 kg\/hour<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>(2)<\/i><\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Provisions regarding the chimney height, flue velocity and vertical outlet condition in this Regulation are not required for geothermal power plants.\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Special Emission Limits for High Polluting Facilities are determined in Annex-5 of the Regulation. The Geothermal Power Generation Facilities with the &#8220;EE) Twenty Eight Group Facilities&#8221; heading has been added among the categories stated in the Annex. As a result, as of 30.06.2021, the amount of H2S emissions that geothermal power generation facilities can emit according to their <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Megawatt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> generation capacity has been limited.
